1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the app "Soundcheck.", which allows users to upload audio files and share them with others using a password.

2. User Responsibility

• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

• It is prohibited to upload content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate.

• Users may only share content for which they hold the necessary rights.

3. Access and Use

• Uploaded audio files are only accessible with a password.

• The operator merely provides the technical platform and assumes no responsibility for the content uploaded by users.

4. Operator’s Rights

• The operator has technical access to uploaded files but uses this access solely for maintenance.

5. Liability

• The operator is not liable for content uploaded by users.

• The operator is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent actions on the operator’s part.

6. Termination of Use

• Users may delete their content at any time.

• The administrator may remove content if the last change to the corresponding project was made more than 3 months ago.

7. Changes to the Terms

The operator may update these Terms of Use if necessary. Updates will be made available in the app.
