2. Data We Process

Our app does not collect personal information such as name, email address, or location.
Users can, however, upload audio files. These files may contain personal data.

3. Purpose of Processing

Uploaded audio files are stored solely so that other users – if they have the corresponding password – can access and listen to them.

4. Access to Data

• The audio files are stored in Google Firebase Storage.

• Files are not publicly accessible and can only be retrieved with a password.

• Only the administrator has technical access to the stored files in the back end and uses this access only for maintenance and security purposes.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Files are not shared with third parties.
Google, as the provider of Firebase, may technically process data as part of the storage service (see Firebase Privacy & Security).

6. Retention Period

Audio files remain stored until the user deletes them. The administrator reserves the right to delete data if the last change to the corresponding project was made more than 3 months ago.

7. User Rights

Users have the right to:

• Request information about stored data,

• Request deletion of uploaded files.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be made available in the app.
